Colliers, on behalf of Property and Development NSW, is seeking Expressions of Interest for the Intertrade site. The site is strategically located on the eastern seaboard adjacent to Newcastle Harbour in Mayfield, and was part of the former BHP Steelworks site. The site comprises an area of approximately 52.21ha and is largely unimproved, and includes five substantial buildings, some of which have heritage value and several access roads.

The property comprises a single lot that has access from Steel Works Road to the north and Selwyn Street to the south, with Administration Drive providing a central spine road running east west between the northern and southern sections of the site. Utility lead-in services are available and the site has been substantially remediated and is suitable for ongoing industrial use.
